He completely nailed my water heater issue – it had been a real headache with other technicians and even the manufacturer unable to figure it out.   “I’ve been really impressed with Champion’s service. Initially, my air conditioning went out, and Dallas was fantastic – he carefully checked the system and explained everything to me before leaving. Thankfully, it started working again. However, it died on the next day, and then Chris, their specialist, came out to investigate. It turned out the new thermostat we’d installed was defective, and Chris quickly replaced it. Unfortunately, the AC still wouldn't kick on, and we eventually discovered the motor had overheated due to the faulty thermostat. Chris was incredibly thorough and managed to get a new motor ordered. I’m still waiting for the replacement, but honestly, I have complete confidence in Champion and their team – Dallas and Chris were both so professional and went above and beyond.” report abuse

  Chris was fantastic – really professional and friendly. He quickly diagnosed and fixed our clogged drain in just under an hour. He was so knowledgeable and helpful, and we’ll absolutely be calling him back if we ever need anything else! report abuse

  I’m extremely disappointed with this company. They significantly inflated the price of a faucet, advertising it at $69 but ultimately trying to charge us $400. We’re giving them one more opportunity, but frankly, I have serious doubts we’ll continue to work with them and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, even if they were to be upfront in the future – it’s clear they’re not consistently honest with their customers. report abuse

  “The guys did a fantastic job – it was a really thorough job! They completely replaced all the switches and breakers, got the house properly grounded, and even installed a 220 outlet in the garage with new plugs and switches. They also took the time to check out the existing electrical issues we were having, which was really appreciated.” report abuse

  “Champion Services was fantastic – they were the only plumbing service that answered my call after hours, which was a huge relief. Yes, they were a bit pricier, but you definitely got reliable service and a really quick turnaround.   “We’re absolutely thrilled with the service we received! After struggling with wood and pellet stoves for the last four years, we finally got a full heating system and ductwork installed. Brian and Nate were fantastic – they even scheduled the work around my husband’s busy schedule, starting Wednesday and finishing Friday. We got a really great price and even 0% financing, which was a huge bonus. Honestly, we’re so incredibly grateful to have a warm and comfortable home here in Wyoming, and we can’t recommend Brian and Nate enough – they were so knowledgeable and friendly while working in our home.” report abuse

  “Overall, I had a really positive experience with the repairman – he was incredibly responsive and explained everything clearly. My only concern was the additional charge for the control board; it was significantly higher than what I’d seen online, but I understand that can happen.
