Thankfully, we found KWS and they were able to get us in for a diagnosis almost immediately. “I took my truck to this shop when it started overheating on the drive to Evanston, and they were fantastic. They got me in quickly, but had to order a new thermostat, which took a day. Once it arrived, the service was incredibly fast – I was in and out in less than an hour! Then, on the way home, I ran into another issue and they quickly diagnosed it as a failing water pump. They got that replaced while the engine was still cool, and I was back on the road in no time. Kellen was a really great guy and the pricing was fair. I wholeheartedly recommend this shop!”

“I have serious concerns about this mechanic. Based on what I’ve heard, he’s been known to substitute used parts for new ones and then bill you for the more expensive new parts. It’s definitely something to be aware of.”
