  I had a really terrible experience with New Look Painting. I hired Bob to repaint my front door and sidelights, and the final result was completely unacceptable. The door was covered in dents, had red paint mixed in, wasn’t painted on either side, and he even painted the wrong side of the brick molding. To add to the frustration, he took the door to a neighbor’s house while she was out of town to complete the job. When I contacted Bob to discuss these issues, he was noticeably intoxicated and seemed completely dismissive, responding with “what do you expect for a $1,000 paint job.” As a result of his shoddy work, I ended up having to replace the entire door, costing me over $6,000. I strongly advise against using New Look Painting – it was a disastrous experience. report abuse

  “I was so pleased with the work Bob did on my house. The vinyl siding was fine, but the old trim was really looking tired. New Look Painting did an amazing job refreshing it – Bob really went above and beyond with his attention to detail and the quality of his work is fantastic.   Bob and New Look Painting did an absolutely fantastic job on our house. They tackled both our new board and batten siding and our older vinyl siding with such care – he really took the time to prep everything perfectly, sanding and washing it all thoroughly. The result is incredible; our house looks brand new! Bob was also a pleasure to work with – he was really competitive with his pricing, incredibly reliable, and always went the extra mile, even when we had last-minute changes.   Bob and New Look Painting have been my go-to painters for over twenty years, and I couldn't be happier with the results. He truly understands what you’re looking for – he takes the time to really get a feel for the space and the desired aesthetic. I’ve used his services for two remodels, one a Craftsman and one Bungalow, and the work was absolutely spectacular.
