  Rootdown Remodeling did an absolutely fantastic job renovating our home. They tackled everything from our two bathrooms and master bedroom closet to several smaller projects, and we couldn't be happier with the results. What really stood out was their communication – they were incredibly responsive and collaborative throughout the entire process. Despite some unexpected delays with materials and subcontractors, they managed to stick to our schedule, which we really appreciated. They’re a reliable, detail-oriented team that was just a pleasure to work with, and the quality of their work far exceeded our expectations.   I was really disappointed with my experience working with this company. I initially met with Emma on February 4th to discuss a small bathroom remodel, and she seemed very accommodating, assuring me they handled any size job. However, it took a full month – March 5th – to get a response, and during that time, I received a dismissive and unhelpful reply when I tried to check in. Ultimately, they told me they didn’t have time for my project, and then – incredibly – offered a price that matched the highest bid I’d already received, even suggesting they’d need to widen my existing doorway, which wasn't necessary according to the city inspector and simply wasn’t feasible. I wouldn't recommend this company; I found their communication and approach to be frustrating and unprofessional. report abuse
