Gene is a really capable and friendly electrician, and I’ve been impressed with the quality of his work on previous jobs. However, I’ve experienced some issues with his reliability. He tends to get overwhelmed when he has a lot on his plate, which unfortunately leads to him disappearing and failing to follow through on commitments. Specifically, I received a quote last summer that I approved, but he never completed the work or contacted me afterwards – it was like he completely disappeared. I’d advise anyone considering using his services to be aware of this potential risk.
