  Gene is a skilled and courteous electrician, and I’ve always appreciated the quality of his work. However, I’ve unfortunately experienced some issues with his reliability. He tends to get overwhelmed with projects and, as a result, stops responding to communication and frequently cancels commitments. Specifically, I had a job quoted and approved with him last summer, but he completely disappeared and became unresponsive – it was a really frustrating experience.   “I’m really disappointed with this contractor. They were fantastic back in the 90s, but lately it’s been impossible to get in touch with them – they don’t return calls at all. It’s shocking how unresponsive they’ve become.” report abuse
