  Bob’s interaction was concerning. He seemed frustrated and dismissive, particularly when needing assistance with a part – he didn’t appear to want to contribute to finding a solution. His overall demeanor suggested a significant level of unhappiness. report abuse

  “I just wanted to say what a fantastic experience we had working with Airport Equipment Rental. Bob went above and beyond by arranging a forklift for us on very short notice – we needed it to unload 25 pallets of food for our free medical clinic in Fairbanks. Because of his help, we were able to get the food delivered and feed over 150 families, which was incredible. We’re so grateful for their assistance!” report abuse

  I had a really frustrating experience renting a leaf sweeper from this company. By the time I got it home and tried to use it, I discovered the equipment was in terrible condition – the gears were completely shot, and it barely turned at all, let alone picked up leaves. When I brought this to their attention upon returning it, they just argued with me, even moving it a few feet to try and make it look like it was working. It was clear they weren’t taking my concerns seriously, and they insisted on charging me for the rental despite the obvious problems. Honestly, their customer service was awful, and I wouldn't recommend renting from them – their equipment seems poorly maintained and they have no regard for their customers. report abuse

  Honestly, I cannot recommend this company. My experience was incredibly frustrating and, frankly, dishonest. I rented an engine lift for a short job, and when I tried to move it, the arm immediately bent – despite the lift being clearly capable of handling the weight, as confirmed by the shipping paperwork. Instead of addressing the issue properly, they tried to charge me the full price of a brand new lift, blaming it on me! Worse, they went ahead and charged my credit card without even letting me know or having me sign anything. And to add insult to injury, the owner, who was supposedly a local guy, was always out of state in California. It was a complete rip-off, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with how this business and their HR department handled a serious situation. I experienced harassment from one of their employees, and when I brought it to their attention with documented proof, they refused to investigate. Worse, they wouldn’t provide me with any information about what was being done. Despite numerous calls from other concerned individuals, the response I received when I contacted them was dismissive and frustrating – the person on the phone seemed more irritated by the complaints than by the actual threat of assault and the use of racial slurs. report abuse
