  I was really disappointed with my experience renting a leaf sweeper from this company. When I picked it up, I quickly discovered it was in terrible condition – the gears were completely shot, and it barely turned, let alone picked up leaves. When I brought it back to return it, they just argued with me, even moving it a few feet and insisting it was working. Despite our clear explanation of the issues, they still charged us for the rental. Honestly, their customer service was awful, and it’s obvious their equipment isn't well-maintained. I would strongly advise against renting from this company. report abuse

  “I can’t recommend this company at all. It was a really frustrating experience. We rented an engine lift for a couple of days, and when we tried to move it, the arm actually bent – completely unexpectedly and despite the lift being well within the weight limit. We had all the documentation to prove it, but they immediately tried to charge us the full price for a brand new unit, blaming us for the damage. To make matters worse, they went ahead and charged our credit card without even letting us know or giving us a chance to discuss it. The owner, who they said was local, was never actually around – he’s apparently always out of state in California. Seriously, avoid this place if you can.” report abuse
