  I just wanted to say this place is fantastic! I was really impressed with everything they had on display and how easy it was to understand their products. Nikki, in particular, was incredible – she really went above and beyond to help me transform my house into a beautiful home with the new flooring. They took the time to guide me through the whole process with such a friendly and helpful approach. Seriously, everyone at the store was so kind and welcoming.   “This was a really frustrating experience. The garage door was left open during freezing temperatures (-40 degrees), which caused my water pipes to freeze and resulted in a $292 damage bill. It’s completely unacceptable that a business in Fairbanks could allow this to happen, and I’m concerned about the lack of proper procedures for bringing in supplies, especially considering the extreme weather conditions.” report abuse
