  “I honestly couldn’t recommend Overhead Door Company of Fairbanks more highly! I had a garage door spring break – something that happens after 16 years of perfect service – and from start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Cass, who I spoke with initially, was fantastic – knowledgeable, confident, and really took the stress out of scheduling. Then, unbelievably, Matt, the technician, contacted us a couple of days early to see if he could get to it sooner. He arrived even earlier than scheduled, completed the repair in under an hour, cleaned up perfectly, and explained everything he was doing. Seriously, both Cass and Matt were amazing, and it’s clear they’re dedicated professionals. This company is completely legit, and they’ve set a new standard for customer service.
