  “I’ve had two separate experiences with Holaday Parks through my warranty company, and I was really impressed with their service both times. The first time, they quickly diagnosed my boiler system and even offered helpful adjustments to improve my heating. Then, even though my warranty company ultimately denied a repair, Holaday Parks went above and beyond by providing me with the diagnosis and part information needed to fix my HRV myself – a really thoughtful gesture.   Overall, we were really pleased with the service we received. We had a plumbing issue with our rented RV’s sewer system at the Fairbanks RV Campground, and a plumber was able to get it fixed within just two hours – a huge relief! We’re still awaiting the final bill, but we’re confident it will be fair and reasonable given the speed and effectiveness of the service.   “I’m incredibly disappointed and frankly, I’ll never work with Holaday-Parks again. Their installation of the new boiler and tank was a complete disaster. They didn’t properly insulate the propane line, and as a direct result, the line froze and burst during the coldest part of the winter. I ended up with a bill for over $40,000 – $20,000 for the initial installation and then another $20,000 to fix their mistake. To add insult to injury, they offered no guarantee, and they just disappeared after the problem occurred. I’m currently pursuing legal action against them at the Fairbanks Courthouse. Honestly, it felt like a scam, and as someone who grew up in Alaska, I know the importance of proper insulation. It was simply common sense, but Holaday-Parks failed spectacularly.” report abuse

  “Dane and his team did a fantastic job getting our HVAC system back up and running perfectly! We really appreciated their thorough service – we hadn’t realized we needed to clean an additional filter, but they were happy to take care of it.   “The technician did a solid job servicing the boiler, but the whole experience was incredibly frustrating. It started with a serious mess – one of the repairmen flooded the restroom, leaving nearly an inch of water and a completely clogged toilet. Luckily, I caught it before it spread, but even after the water was cleaned up and the carpet was sanitized, the toilet remained jammed. To make matters worse, they tracked mud and dirt from the utility room into my apartment – my washer and dryer were covered, and even my clean clothes hamper was full of debris. It was shocking that they didn’t inform me about the initial clog, and the lack of any apology or concern was completely unacceptable. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this company; their lack of professionalism and respect is appalling. I’ll be avoiding them completely in the future.” report abuse
