  Honestly, our experience with Alaska Outdoor Gear Rental in Fairbanks was fantastic! The team was so friendly and professional, and they really went the extra mile to make sure we were set up perfectly for our trip. They delivered everything right to our hotel, and when we discovered the sizing wasn’t quite right, they swapped it out immediately – no questions asked. To top it off, the owner even surprised us with some extra gear because the weather turned out to be much colder than predicted. It was clear they genuinely cared about their customers and their comfort, and we felt completely prepared and confident thanks to their outstanding service.   Overall, this was a really good experience. I was in a bind needing a winter parka for my trip to Alaska, and renting through this service was perfect. The pickup and return process in Anchorage and Fairbanks was incredibly convenient, especially with the self-service system – it was very smooth and well-organized. I appreciated having a few sizes to choose from when I picked it up; it helped me find a fit that actually worked for me, as my usual size was too big.
