“I had a really frustrating experience with this local company. I went to return an ignition control unit – it was a plastic box with wires – and they immediately refused because I’d already installed it, even though I’d only spent about five minutes doing so. It was a $180 part, and frankly, it seemed like they were selling products without any real understanding or ability to test them. It felt like a complete lack of customer service.”

“I had a really positive experience! I initially called to check on the stock of a combo BFP/Autofill, and they quickly looked it up for me. Then, I went to pick up the part, and the staff were incredibly helpful, showing me a few different options. I even had to double-check my exact needs at home, and when I returned the next day, they remembered me and had exactly what I needed. Plus, the price was better than what I’d seen online – a really good deal! Overall, a smooth and helpful service.”

“I’ve always appreciated the fantastic service and really friendly employees at Frontier Heating – they’ve truly gone above and beyond. However, their new exchange policy is completely unacceptable. I recently bought a fuel pump that was defective right out of the box, and I was told I’d have to pay for a replacement myself and wouldn’t get a refund until Beckett had a chance to sort it out. It was incredibly frustrating to be stuck paying for a faulty product and uncertain about getting my money back. I really value supporting local businesses, but this policy has forced me to look elsewhere for my heating supplies – I’ll be shopping online from now on.”

“I recently ordered parts for a furnace, specifically several components for the same burner. I inquired about the Tiger Loop, as I had a long oil line, but Louis assured me the standard filter would be sufficient and it cost $35. After doing the repair work under my house, I realized there wasn’t a braided hose kit included – when I brought this up, the staff laughed and said they didn’t have one. I escalated the issue to a supervisor who suggested a workaround, but it wasn’t compliant with code. Ultimately, it took me contacting management to get a refund.”
-
“It started off really well, but unfortunately the experience quickly went downhill. I was instructed to call back if any parts weren’t working, but when I did, the situation had completely changed. While I was waiting for assistance, the representative abruptly switched to helping another customer – it felt incredibly frustrating and dismissive.”
-
“I can’t recommend them enough! They were fantastic – so patient and helpful, especially considering I was completely new to plumbing and irrigation. They quickly identified exactly what I needed and had all the parts on hand. Seriously, a great experience!”
-
“I’d been hesitant to consider this place due to its reputation for being pricey, so I’d been doing a lot of comparison shopping for fittings and supplies. But once I visited, I was really impressed – they had an excellent range of things like couplers and reducers, and surprisingly, the prices were actually better than Home Depot or Lowe’s. However, their larger components, like pressure reduction valves, did seem a bit more expensive than I’d anticipated, especially compared to places like Hasco.”
-
“Overall, I was really impressed with my experience. They had a great range of products and the sales team was knowledgeable and helpful, quickly finding the answers I needed. Plus, the prices were very reasonable.”
-
“Overall, it was a really positive experience – the staff were friendly and made things easy for me, and the location was incredibly convenient.”
-
“Frontier was fantastic – really helpful no matter what I needed. They were incredibly responsive and got things ordered for me quickly whenever I asked.”
