I had a really urgent situation with my Buderus furnace needing a new door, and they went above and beyond to help. Because the door had a long lead time and they didn't have a spare, they generously took a door off one of their brand new furnaces that matched mine and sold it to me, while also ordering a replacement directly from the factory. I couldn't have gotten my heat restored so quickly without their incredible willingness to think outside the box. Five stars!” report abuse
