“I was really relieved to get my truck back after it was impounded. I want to give a huge shout-out to the City Attorney’s office – the clerk and the attorney were incredibly polite and helpful in sorting out the payment. But Jeff at the impound was just fantastic; he was so kind and went above and beyond to help me, even giving me a ride to get my truck and digging it out from where the tow truck had left it. He even let me sit with him and we had a really genuine and heartfelt conversation about loved ones. It was a truly special experience, and thankfully, my truck was warming up!”

It was a really fun first auction! I especially enjoyed getting to help set up and get everything ready – putting on those masks was a good start. ????
