They completely walked me through the title process for my trailer, which hadn’t had one before, and gave me a clear explanation of why my friend’s old trailer was in such poor condition. They even suggested a few simple fixes that would make a big difference, and all for a price that was significantly lower than I anticipated.   “I’ve been really impressed with the work we’ve had done on our trailer. He originally replaced our axles when we first brought it to him, and then recently he did a fantastic job finishing it up – we practically rebuilt the whole thing from the frame up! He installed new diamond steel, ran all the wiring and lights, and even put in our solar panel. He even helped us out with some custom trim and welding for a shelf. Honestly, the quality of his work is outstanding. Because he’s the only one in town, things can take a little longer, but if you’re patient, you’ll be really happy with the results.” report abuse

  “I’m so incredibly grateful for the work Bulletproof did on my teardrop trailer. Honestly, the manufacturer had really cut corners, and I was completely lost when I first got it. They were completely honest about the issues and stepped in to fix everything – the bent axle, the bearings, and the electrical system. What really stood out was how patient and helpful they were, especially Brett. He took the time to explain everything to me, like how the trailer works and what I needed to do to keep it running smoothly.   “I was really impressed with the service I received from Bulletproof Trailers. I had a tricky issue figuring out the right pin for my tow bar, and Dani, Brett’s wife, went above and beyond to help. She patiently walked me through the problem, and I left her my number in case Brett needed to speak with me directly. To my surprise, Dani actually called me back with Brett’s input – he strongly advised against using a smaller pin! Brett then took the time to discuss the alternatives with me. It was really reassuring to see their genuine concern for my safety and the time they invested in helping me make the right decision. Honestly, it’s a shame I’m visiting from out of town, because I truly admire businesses like this one – I’d definitely be a repeat customer if I lived closer!” report abuse
