  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. From the start, the customer service was shockingly unprofessional; Matt H. and the office manager were consistently rude and unresponsive. My account was wrongly charged multiple times, and the office manager even moved my emails to her junk folder, completely ignoring my requests to put my account on hold. I repeatedly contacted them – by phone and email – but received absolutely no response. Despite her agreement to issue a refund, I never received it. It’s completely unacceptable that they haven’t provided any explanation for the delay, and frankly, they seem to lack any concern for their customers’ frustration. It felt like they didn’t value my business at all. Honestly, I’ve never encountered such a dismissive and uncaring company before. report abuse
