  “We’re really disappointed with our experience. As a young couple just starting out, we were looking for quality windows for our new home in North Pole, Alaska. We ended up paying a significant amount – roughly 80% of what we felt was an inflated price – for six windows.   Overall, we were really pleased with the local installer – they did a solid job replacing our exterior door in Fairbanks. While the initial price was a bit higher than we expected, Tierra provided fantastic customer service and they've been great about addressing some issues we had after the installation.
