  “I’m really disappointed with the new windows I had installed. They’re leaking badly and don’t seem to be properly sealed, and there’s a lot of condensation building up – actually, they’re performing worse than my old windows.   Honestly, it’s hard to fully understand the praise I’ve seen – it seems a lot of it might be based on customers simply not realizing the natural characteristics of windows and doors, like their materials and how they’re designed to work. report abuse

  “Looking back, we really made a mistake. As a young couple just starting out, we were determined to get the best possible windows for our new home in North Pole, Alaska. We ended up paying a significant amount – roughly 80% of what we felt was a ridiculously inflated price – for six windows. They were asking $40,000 for them, which seemed excessive.” report abuse

  “Overall, the installation went really well – the seven windows are fantastic and work perfectly. However, I’ve been incredibly frustrated with the sliding glass door. It’s been a persistent issue for the past two years, with them repeatedly promising to investigate but never following up. It’s been a real letdown.” report abuse

  Overall, we were really pleased with the service – Tierra provided fantastic customer service and they’ve been great taking care of us after the new door was installed in Fairbanks. The installer was solid, but the prices were a bit on the higher side. We’d give them a 4.5-star rating. report abuse
