  Overall, Care Free did an absolutely fantastic job for us. They were incredibly professional and efficient, and I was particularly impressed with their outstanding customer service – it really stood out compared to my previous experiences. Neil and Daniel were both skilled and meticulous in their work, and they clearly took great pride in their work. From the initial contact with Dana and Bob L. right through to the final stages with Bob P., the entire process was seamless and well-managed.   Overall, Care Free Homes did a fantastic job completely remodeling our home’s exterior. We were particularly impressed with Neil’s work on the decking and windows – he really took the time to detail everything. Curtis and Nathan were also incredibly helpful and friendly, and they were so respectful of our property. Dana was a pleasure to work with throughout the process.   Care Free Homes did an absolutely fantastic job replacing our roof and repairing the cement board. From the initial assessment to the final cleanup, the whole process was incredibly smooth and professional. The crew – Nathan, Dana, Stephanie, Paul, and the entire team – were courteous, hardworking, and always took the time to clean up thoroughly after each day. What really stood out was their responsiveness; they quickly adjusted their schedule when a leak appeared after the storm and kept coming back to address the additional damage I discovered afterward.   “Jeff, Jaden, Jason, and Joseph from Carefree Homes did an absolutely fantastic job transforming our house! They completely restored the trim and replaced our 30-year-old cedar shingles with new ones and clapboards, and they rebuilt our front entrance and gable trim work beautifully, really capturing the original look while using modern materials. We were blown away by the finished result – it exceeded all our expectations. We’ve used Carefree Homes before and always appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail. They worked diligently, even in the challenging weather conditions, and always took the time to clean up after themselves.   Overall, I was incredibly pleased with Care Free Homes. They were so easy to work with – a real breath of fresh air compared to other companies I’ve dealt with. The roof project was handled efficiently and exactly to my satisfaction. I especially want to commend Eddie and Kevin; they were fantastic – Eddie as the project foreman and Kevin the carpenter – and did a truly excellent job on the new door, window, and siding repairs.   Care Free Homes truly made replacing all our windows a breeze. We spent a lot of time researching different options and comparing companies, and we’re so glad we chose them. Nate, Dana, and the whole office team were fantastic – always responsive and incredibly helpful. But the installation crew – Neil, Danny, Curtis, and Joshua – were just phenomenal. They were professional, super respectful of our home and property, and even had great music playing! We especially loved the 80s and 90s rock! They kept everything spotless, and honestly, you wouldn’t even know they’d been there when they were finished.   Overall, we were incredibly pleased with Care Free’s recent work replacing our roof. We’d used them for a window replacement a year ago and were so impressed with the result, that they were our first call when it was time for a new roof. Two crews worked on the project – one team, led by Kevin, Eddie, and Joseph, handled the fascia, shadow, and rake replacements using Azek, while Paul, Zach, Alan, and Sanchez tackled the roof stripping, replacement, and some repairs. Throughout the entire process, we were consistently impressed with their professionalism, skill, and efficiency. The quality of both the workmanship and the materials was outstanding, and everything was finished to a very high standard. What really stood out was their commitment to a full day’s work and their reliability – something we don’t always find with contractors. We’re absolutely delighted with the final result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Care Free or use their services again in the future. report abuse
