  “I was incredibly disappointed with the work done on my grandmother’s attic. They did a really poor job and, shockingly, even cut off the power to the house – and then the foreman acted like it was our fault. The owner, Karen, seems more focused on profits than delivering quality. It’s sad because I used to hear good things about them years ago, but something clearly went terribly wrong very quickly.” report abuse
