  “This was a really concerning experience. They completely botched a new roof installation, causing significant damage and a leak. To add to the issue, they’d installed bathroom vents incorrectly, and the resulting mess included spilled tar. The customer contacted us about the problem, and unfortunately, they offered no solution. It was a shockingly unprofessional response. While we’re pleased they ultimately rectified the issue and paid to have it fixed correctly, this situation highlighted a serious lack of competence and responsibility. We maintain a strict policy of holding contractors accountable, and we’ll continue to take appropriate action when standards are not met.” report abuse

  I just wanted to say how pleased I was with the work Insulation R Us did for me. Mark and his team were fantastic – incredibly professional and friendly. They did a truly outstanding job installing the insulation, vents, and sealing around the doors, and they kept the work area spotless the whole time. It was great to see them working so well together, and their positive attitude really made the whole experience enjoyable.   “I was really pleased with Insulation R Us – they came out on Wednesday the 9th and Thursday the 10th to insulate under my mobile home. The team were fantastic, really friendly and efficient.
