“It was concerning to see how they attempted to avoid using their warranty at every opportunity. They seemed to deflect blame onto the homeowners, rather than taking ownership of the issues which were evident from the construction itself.”

Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this company. I felt they were quite rushed and unprofessional. The design appointment itself was incredibly short – only two to three hours – which just wasn’t enough time to really make informed decisions; I believe you need at least four to six hours for a thorough consultation.
