  I absolutely loved working with Nova Solar! They gave me the best deal on a solar system, and the whole experience was fantastic.   “I’d definitely recommend Nova Solar Inc. – I was so impressed with their service! I contacted them after my solar array from ADT Solar of Virginia unexpectedly closed down, and our gateway stopped working. Luckily, Enphase had already replaced the faulty part. However, we were still struggling with the installation and getting the gateway set up. That’s where LB, from Nova Solar, really came through. He spent over an hour on the phone with Enphase tech support, guiding us through the entire process and getting all 43 of our micro-inverters transferred and initialized. It was a truly excellent experience, and LB’s patience and expertise were fantastic.” report abuse

  “Overall, Nova Solar was a really positive experience. They were responsive from the very beginning after I shared some information about my energy needs, and they answered all my questions patiently without any pressure. I especially appreciated how consistently they kept me updated throughout the whole process, even while we were waiting for the county to finalize the permits. They really took care of all the paperwork too – everything from getting HOA approval to handling the SRECs and tax forms – and I honestly didn’t have to lift a finger. We were especially impressed with one of their electricians – he took the time to completely clean up the previous work, and his commitment to quality was truly refreshing.   I couldn’t be happier with Nova Solar! I spent a lot of time researching solar companies, and frankly, most of them felt purely transactional – like they just saw dollar signs. Nova Solar was a completely different experience. They were incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and really took the time to explain everything to me. The whole team was professional and friendly, and you could tell they genuinely cared about getting the job done right. What really stood out was their attention to detail; they even took the initiative to hide all the wiring in my attic – something I was quoted extra for with other companies. They treated my home with such respect, and it showed in the quality of the installation. In fact, my solar array looks far better than any of my neighbors’ – they’ve all got exposed conduit, and I’m the only one with a clean, seamless look. Plus, they’re a local Northern VA company and do everything in-house, which gave me a huge peace of mind. I wholeheartedly recommend Nova Solar – they're fantastic! report abuse
