He received a substantial payment on May 18th, 2023, with an expected start date of mid-June. He finally arrived on-site on July 10th and completed some initial tree clearing. However, he failed to begin digging the foundation as agreed, and it wasn’t until September that he actually started the excavation. Given the delays and lack of progress, I strongly advocated for his removal by the General Contractor in July, but that didn’t happen. Ultimately, he didn't complete the work he was paid for, was consistently unresponsive, and proved difficult to work with. We ultimately had to hire a different concrete contractor and terminate his services – a decision we felt was necessary due to his unreliability and lack of commitment.” report abuse

  I want to strongly advise against doing business with BCC Poured Walls and, specifically, their owner. My recent experience was incredibly negative and frankly, unsettling. I believe this individual engages in highly questionable and dishonest business practices. He repeatedly broke his word on finalized agreements and then attempted to extract additional funds after the deal was complete. Worse, when I refused, he resorted to damaging my company’s reputation by posting false and defamatory statements online. This behavior is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a serious lack of ethics. I’ve carefully examined his online reviews – many appear to be fabricated, including positive reviews he wrote himself. Because of these serious concerns, I urge you to steer clear of BCC Poured Walls. It’s simply not worth the potential trouble and the risk of being subjected to this individual's aggressive and damaging tactics. report abuse
