“We were really pleased with ELECTROWATCHMAN – they’ve been fantastic for us, particularly with our fire alarm panels, security cameras, burglar alarm monitoring, and door access controls. The team was incredibly friendly and helpful, and Grant and Steve did a brilliant job installing the systems during our building expansion last summer. They handled all the little details really well and ensured a smooth, successful installation.”

Overall, we were really pleased with the security and access solutions we put in place – they covered all our needs. Jason was fantastic, providing us with a good range of vendor options and he was incredibly responsive when we had to make some adjustments during the buildout. And Grant, our tech lead, was brilliant; he handled the network isolation and customer supplied interfacing with real expertise.

Overall, we’ve been extremely pleased with our Electro Watchman system at Carriage House Apartments. Jaime, the service technician, was fantastic – he really went above and beyond by creating a helpful guide for programming new access cards and phone numbers. Our residents consistently appreciate the convenience of being able to let visitors in with just a phone number and the ability to remotely unlock doors. The intercom system is also a great addition for ensuring security and easy communication. We’ve had a really positive experience with Electro Watchman and Jaime’s service.

Overall, we’ve been incredibly happy with Electric Watchman in Fargo for over nine years. They’re always so responsive when we need to reach them. We’ve rarely had to contact the service department, but when we have, Tyler, the service manager, has consistently been fantastic – he really takes the time to understand our concerns and gets things fixed quickly. Recently, after some renovations, our security camera was disconnected. Tyler sent a technician, Justin, out to our house within a few days, and Justin was just great! He was friendly, professional, and quickly resolved the problem. He even checked the whole system to make sure there weren’t any other potential issues, which gave us extra peace of mind. We really appreciate their service!

I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude to Austen for his incredible help this morning. My smoke/CO detector started beeping a low battery warning around 12:30 AM, and he immediately called to guide me through the troubleshooting steps. He was so calm, patient, and knowledgeable – he really stayed with me until the issue was resolved. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without his assistance!
