  Honestly, I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. I contacted them when I had a serious water leak causing damage to my property, and Paul assured me he’d look into it and get back to me. It’s now been three weeks with absolutely no communication. I ended up having to handle the repairs myself – completely unacceptable. It seems like they only offer their services when a job is big and expensive, but completely ignore smaller requests. This is not how a professional business should operate, and I would strongly advise others to avoid them. report abuse
