  “I had a really positive initial experience with Jason – we spent almost 40 minutes discussing a walk-through and getting a quote for a new build. However, after that, I didn’t hear back for about a week, and when I followed up, I was told they were still working on the quote. Unfortunately, another week passed and I received a disappointing call saying they couldn’t proceed with my request. It’s frustrating when you’ve been given an expectation of a quote and then it’s just dropped. Jason was great to work with, and I really wish things had worked out differently for them – I hope they can get the staffing they need to continue serving customers.” report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with the service I received from Ozark. I called them because my AC unit wasn’t cooling properly and it had frozen up. The first technician added refrigerant, but he didn’t seem to check for any leaks, and unfortunately, the problem returned just three days later. He then told me I needed a new evaporator coil, and tried to push me towards replacing the entire unit – which was completely unnecessary since it was only seven years old. After waiting, they sent me a bid for two different new units, claiming they’d cover the cost of just the coil, but it’s now three days later and I still haven’t heard back or received any updates. Honestly, it’s been incredibly frustrating with no communication and wasted money on the initial service call. I ended up getting a quote and scheduled an installation with another company within hours, and I’m just left feeling like Ozark didn’t provide the reliable service I expected.” report abuse

  “I can’t say enough good things about Ozark Mountain Air. We had them install two sets of Samsung mini split units – one for the bedrooms and another to cool the living areas – and it’s been a total game-changer. The difference in temperature throughout the house is incredible! I’m already anticipating lower energy bills, and Nathan was fantastic, he really knew what he was doing and recommended the perfect unit setup.
