He was great about ordering the necessary part and kept me updated, even delivering it himself! He offered to return that same day to complete the installation. And Jason and his team were equally impressive when we had a complex HVAC problem.   “I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Ozark Mountain Air. I was looking to get my air conditioner repaired, and I got quotes from a few different companies, but they were all just pushing me to replace my entire unit – which, frankly, didn't make sense given how well my system was built. They expertly fixed my unit for under $500, a fraction of what another company was quoting me for a complete replacement! He was incredibly knowledgeable, kept us completely updated on everything, and offered really sensible solutions to the problem.   “I can’t recommend OMA highly enough. From start to finish, my experience was outstanding – they’re a truly honest and trustworthy company, and the owner and staff are fantastic people. I was in a really stressful situation when my A/C unit started failing during the hottest part of July, and they were able to get me scheduled for an assessment within a few days, which was a huge relief. Jason, in particular, was incredible. He didn’t try to pressure me into a new system; instead, he thoroughly explained all the possible issues and solutions, outlining the risks and likelihood of success. He took the time to answer all my questions and really listened to my concerns. Then Nathan did the actual repair work, and he was just as professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain what he was doing and even offering some helpful tips for improving my home’s energy efficiency. They didn’t just fix the immediate problem, they gave me the information I needed to make informed decisions about my future HVAC needs. Because of their care and expertise, I’ve already signed up for their maintenance program, and I’m confident they’ll be the ones installing my new systems down the road.
