  “Honestly, this was a really frustrating experience. Getting a simple tract split completed took nearly nine months, and was plagued with errors and constant delays. It felt like I had to chase them down for every update. The biggest issue was the change in lead – Amanda Hallmark is no longer involved, and while Nikki is a significant improvement, it’s clear they’ve been struggling.
