  I’m so pleased with the work these guys did! They really pinpointed the problem – it turned out to be a much more serious issue than just a simple blockage.   “I just want to say, Ryan from Roto Rooter was fantastic! He really went the extra mile to clear the clog – he even had to dig from outside, but he finally got it done. And he didn’t just fix the problem, he also put a new seal on my toilet and checked everything to make sure it was working perfectly.” report abuse

  Ritchie was fantastic this morning – so professional and patient. He was happy to let me observe while he worked and took the time to explain everything he was doing, which was really helpful.   Ritchie did a fantastic job for me. I used him twice – once to replace my old outdoor spigots and again to install a new kitchen sink with a garbage disposal. He was always really kind, respectful, and patient, and he clearly knows what he's doing.   Rich was fantastic – really quick and efficient getting our toilet fill valve replaced. He was also incredibly helpful, explaining everything clearly and keeping us updated throughout the process.
