He really went above and beyond to clear the clog – he even had to get a little creative using the small auger and then working from the outside.   Ritchie did a fantastic job for me. I’ve used him twice now – once to replace my old outdoor spigots and again to install a new kitchen sink and garbage disposal. He was always really kind, respectful, and patient, and he clearly knows what he’s doing.   Richie was fantastic! He really went above and beyond to fix our plumbing problem, not only tackling the initial issue but also identifying other potential problems.
