  “We’ve been using Razor Rooter for over 25 years, and we couldn’t be happier with their service. They’ve always been incredibly responsive and professional, and they consistently get right to the root of the problem. We only needed them occasionally until recently, but they quickly diagnosed a blockage in the city sewer line outside our home. They even took the initiative to contact all the utility companies to mark their lines first. It turned out the issue was actually with the city’s line, and they worked closely with them to pinpoint the exact location.   “I was really impressed with the team at this company – they quickly and affordably solved my sewer problem. It’s such a relief after dealing with another company, Mr. R, who couldn’t fix anything after charging me $800. To make matters worse, they recommended an even more expensive cleanout access method that would have cost me an additional $1,100!   “Razor Rooter was incredibly difficult to reach, and when we finally connected with them, they just immediately said they were coming to our house without any discussion about the problem or a quote. They arrived and two of their employees started working on the issue without consulting us, while the other went to the door to let us know they were there. To my shock, they then went through our belongings on the back porch, and one of the employees was even holding my dad’s firearm. It was completely unacceptable. We were then billed twice for the same service, and, frustratingly, the sewage problem remains unresolved.” report abuse

  “I’ve used this team three years in a row to clear my drains, and I’m really happy with their service. They’re reliable, always arrive within an hour – even on weekdays – and the job takes just 20 minutes. The price is consistent too, which is a big plus.   “This was a really frustrating experience. The technician was supposed to be there on Tuesday, but never showed up and didn’t even bother to call. He finally arrived the following day at dinner time, already complaining he hadn’t eaten, and then didn't complete the job. He then gave me an inaccurate estimate of when he’d return, and completely ignored my calls to confirm if I still needed him. Eventually, someone else arrived an hour later. Honestly, it felt like a huge lack of communication and professionalism. While I’ve had good experiences with some of the younger employees, it seems like the overall atmosphere and the owner’s attitude are impacting the team’s performance.” report abuse

  Jon and the team at RazorRooter were fantastic. They really went above and beyond – Jon himself is a skilled plumber, and his staff are incredibly responsive and capable.   “I was absolutely frantic this Thanksgiving weekend – a pipe burst in my whole house, affecting all the bathrooms. It was a total panic! But thankfully, Razor Rooter responded so quickly, arriving within an hour. They completely took care of the problem and saved the day.   “I contacted them to schedule a plumber, and was promised a callback the following day. Unfortunately, I never heard back. The initial plumber seemed frustrated that I hadn’t been able to identify the issue myself, which is why I needed a professional to help.
