“I was so impressed with this company! They were incredibly fast – they arrived within 20 minutes of me calling about a clogged sewer line in my yard. Not only was the service prompt, but it was also surprisingly affordable. What really stood out was their commitment to customer satisfaction; they offered to return and fix the problem for free if it came back within a couple of days. I’d definitely recommend them!”

“I’ve used Razo Rooter’s services several times over the past few years for a range of plumbing issues – from a fireplace capping job to unclogging drains and replacing fixtures. Every time, they’ve been fantastic. The team is incredibly professional, really knowledgeable, and always so friendly and courteous. They even responded to an emergency with my water heater in the middle of winter! Honestly, I can’t recommend them highly enough – I trust Razo Rooter completely and wouldn't go anywhere else.”

“I recently had a really frustrating issue with a significant water leak, and I’m so glad I found Razor Rooter. The City of Fayetteville alerted me to a huge jump in my water usage – it went from 14,000 gallons a month to 43,000! Luckily, a friend recommended Razor Rooter, and I’m so thankful I listened. Jon and his team were fantastic; they diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 24 hours. They were incredibly friendly, really knew what they were doing, and the whole process took less than 45 minutes. The price was more than fair, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing help.”

“They did a good job clearing the main drain from our house out to the city manhole – it was about 250 feet in total. They successfully unclogged the line and removed a lot of debris. The cost was $268. The only issue we ran into was a tree root growing close to the pipe, which slowed things down a bit.”

“The guys were working on clearing my drain, and unfortunately, they loosened a pipe which started leaking. I contacted the owner to discuss it, but he was incredibly dismissive, refusing to acknowledge any responsibility even though I hadn’t blamed him. He just seemed uninterested in figuring out the problem or offering any kind of solution. The technician did apologize and promised to sort it out, and they eventually came back and fixed the leak. However, several months later, I was shocked to receive a bill for $150 to cover the cost of resealing the pipe – completely out of the blue.”

“We’ve been using Razor Rooter for over 25 years, and we couldn’t be happier with their service. They’ve always been incredibly responsive and professional, and they have a real knack for quickly identifying and fixing plumbing issues. We rarely needed them until recently, but when we did, they were fantastic. They were able to pinpoint a blockage in the city’s sewer line outside our property using their camera, and they went above and beyond by contacting all the utility companies to ensure everything was marked. It was great that they worked with the city to determine the exact location of the problem – we really appreciate their thoroughness and honest approach. We’re so grateful to have them as our go-to plumbers!”

“I was so pleased with the service I received from this company – they quickly and effectively resolved the problem with my sewer line, and at a really fair price. It’s great to see a company that actually delivers! I had a terrible experience with another plumber, Mr. R, who charged me $800 and still couldn’t fix the issue. To add insult to injury, they even recommended another costly cleanout method for an extra $1,100. Honestly, I wholeheartedly recommend calling this company first – you won’t be disappointed.”

“Razor Rooter was incredibly difficult to reach, and when we finally connected with them, they just announced they were on their way to our house without any discussion about the problem or a quote. They immediately started working on our sewage system without our permission, and one of their employees even held a firearm from my dad’s belongings. To make matters worse, they rummaged through items on our back porch, and we were later charged twice for the same service – and, unfortunately, the sewage problem remains unresolved.”
-
“I’ve used this team three times now to clear my drains – it’s become a regular thing! They’re really reliable, always come out within an hour, and the service is consistently good and priced fairly at the same rate each time. It’s a great team to have on speed dial.”

“This was a really frustrating experience. The contractor was supposed to be there on Tuesday, but never showed up or even contacted me. He finally arrived the following day at dinner time, and immediately started complaining about not having eaten. He didn’t complete the job and then disappeared again, promising to return around 10:30 am, but never did. I had to repeatedly call to check on him, and the answering service couldn’t get a response. Eventually, someone else showed up an hour later. Honestly, it felt like he wasn’t committed to finishing the work, and the lack of communication was completely unacceptable.”
