  “I absolutely loved working with Covet! They were incredibly professional and took the time to really understand my needs. I was looking to get quite a bit of work done – around 17 ethernet drops, some coaxial cable and in-ceiling speaker wiring – and I was surprised at how many companies wouldn’t even consider taking on the project.   Matt’s installation of our video alarm system was incredibly frustrating and ultimately unsuccessful. He used substandard equipment that simply didn’t work from the start, and the cameras provided very poor, undetectable images. The computer system was also completely unworkable. The installation process itself was a nightmare – he was consistently late, worked very short hours, and wouldn’t return our calls or answer his phone. Because of his unprofessional conduct and locking us out of the system with his security code, we were unable to get any other company to service it. As a result, we had to completely replace the system, which added a significant expense to the problem. I’ve attached some pictures showing the quality of the footage he provided. report abuse
