  Mark was absolutely fantastic – he really saved the day and our pool! These steps had been with us for 16 years, and unfortunately, they’d become incredibly brittle due to not being properly backfilled. My husband actually broke through one, creating a big hole and a significant water loss. We were so lucky to get him on our schedule. He went above and beyond, making a 1.5-hour trip each way and working tirelessly in the July heat for four days (one day was lost to rain) to completely backfill, patch, and resurface the steps.   “We were really pleased with the pool step repair kit Mark sold us – it was exactly what we needed to fix the hole in our step ourselves. The instructions were clear, although we were pretty new to this kind of DIY project, so we had a few questions. But the team was fantastic!   “I called to arrange hot tub service, and unfortunately they couldn’t source the parts needed for my hot tub. I explained that I was confident I could get them and that I was experiencing a simple leak issue that just needed to be sealed. However, the service person was incredibly rude and dismissive, essentially shutting down the conversation. It was a very unprofessional experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this company for any spa repairs.” report abuse
