“The loading process at Underwood was problematic. The operator loaded 11.4 tons onto my trailer, but unfortunately, the trailer itself couldn’t handle that much weight – it’s only rated for 8,500. Worse, the operator didn’t check in with me about the load size before exceeding the trailer’s capacity, and I’m concerned about the damage to my trailer.”
