  “I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience ordering windows from Vector. I placed my order at the beginning of May, and was initially told delivery would be within 5-6 weeks. We were given a firm date of June 23rd, but we never received our windows. After multiple calls, we were told it would be another 2-3 weeks, but haven’t heard anything since. I’ve tried to get updates through their website, but haven’t received any communication. Now, three months after ordering, we’ve finally received some windows, but not all of them, and the whole process has been riddled with delays and a complete lack of follow-up. It’s clear they’re not prioritizing their customers, and I wouldn’t recommend Vector to anyone.” report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. After waiting nearly nine months for my windows, they still haven’t arrived. They completely disregarded the initial three-month timeline they provided, and there’s been no attempt to rectify the situation or offer any compensation for the significant delay. Their service was unprofessional and frankly, unacceptable. My contractor made a mistake trusting them, and I strongly advise against doing business with them. report abuse

  Overall, these windows were fantastic – really heavy and solid. I did have a couple of initial fitment issues, which might have been my own installation, but the team were fantastic and quickly sorted everything out for me. Great company and excellent service all around. report abuse
