  Overall, my floors look fantastic – the buff and coat did a great job bringing back their shine. However, I’m really disappointed with the experience I had with Lady Baltimore. There were a few significant issues starting with the communication. The initial estimate guy was a bit disorganized; his wife had to call me to confirm my address, and he interrupted the estimate to take a phone call from another customer. It felt incredibly unprofessional. Then, the guy who actually did the buffing and coating was insistent on sanding my original hardwood floors with an oil-based product, even though I specifically requested a water-based coat – which is much better and doesn’t produce fumes. It felt like he wasn't listening to my needs. The scheduling was also a major problem. I was given no specific time for the appointment, just told to call in the morning, and it felt incredibly disorganized compared to other service providers like my alarm company and Comcast. Finally, the cleaning guy didn’t bother to clean up the dust from the buffing, leaving a layer of wood dust on my walls and radiators. Considering the price and the overall lack of attention to detail and service, I don't think I’ll be using Lady Baltimore again. While the floors look great, I definitely learned a valuable lesson about choosing a company based on more than just a good outcome. report abuse

  Honestly, the final work was really good, but the service we received was incredibly disappointing. We were left with an unfinished job, and the owner seemed to completely shift the blame onto us, which was completely unfair. I wouldn’t recommend using their services. report abuse
