Overall, the rental experience was pretty good. The clerks were fantastic – really helpful and friendly, even when they were incredibly busy. The backhoe and tractor themselves worked perfectly. However, I’d really recommend purchasing the service insurance from Home Depot; they don't seem to have a reliable way to fully check the equipment's condition beforehand, and you’re then solely responsible if something goes wrong. Also, please be extra cautious and lock up the equipment when you’re finished – it’s a real risk of theft.
