  Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend using this company. My experience was incredibly negative. They seem to be using concrete that’s been sitting around for a long time, and the management and dispatchers frequently speak poorly about drivers over the radio. It felt like they weren’t valuing their employees at all – a really disrespectful environment. report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with this experience. I placed an order for 18.5 yards of concrete a week in advance, and they called me the day before to tell me they couldn't fulfill it and couldn't reschedule. Had they informed me of this potential issue a week prior, I would have had a backup plan in place. It’s completely unacceptable that they didn’t communicate this sooner, and I won’t be calling them again. report abuse

  “The driver’s behavior was really concerning. They pulled directly into our driveway and even drove through some of our neighbors’ tree branches. We then found a huge amount of leaves had gotten into the equipment, and unfortunately, they caused a serious problem during the cement curing process, creating significant holes – about an inch to two inches – in the freshly poured concrete. While the concrete contractor did manage to patch them up, the repairs don’t match the original color and it’s uncertain how long they’ll last. Ultimately, the driver’s lack of awareness caused a major setback to the project.” report abuse

  I had a really frustrating experience with this company. I ordered enough concrete for two small spots, and the whole process was a disaster. There was a huge delay getting the concrete there, and by the time it arrived for the second spot, it was already hardening. The driver seemed completely helpless, and instead of fixing the problem, he just left me with two full wheelbarrows of unused concrete in my alley. When I contacted them to complain, they basically said it wasn’t their responsibility. Now I’m stuck having to redo the entire job myself, and frankly, I feel completely disregarded and taken advantage of. It was a terrible experience. report abuse
