I’m incredibly frustrated with the service I received. I contacted Henderson to get a replacement boot for my roof vent after noticing a leak, and was told a technician would call before arriving. I never heard from anyone, and they didn’t even bother to let me know they wouldn’t be able to make it. It’s completely unprofessional not to provide an update when a repair can’t be scheduled. Now, with rain expected tomorrow and Saturday, my son’s room is leaking, and I’m worried about mold. I definitely won’t be recommending this company.
