  “My experience getting quotes for an inground pool was really disappointing. The customer service was incredibly poor; the salesperson seemed uninterested and dismissive, making us feel like we were bothering her. She was quite judgmental, and her tone and comments made us feel undervalued and like she was questioning our ability to afford a pool. Honestly, it felt disrespectful, and I wouldn’t recommend going there based on that experience.” report abuse

  “I was really frustrated with the whole experience. Back in the spring, I had a pump failure and was initially told it would take about a week to fix. Unfortunately, things just kept getting delayed – they misplaced my work order several times, and it went through a whole series of missteps. Despite repeated promises, it wasn’t resolved until September, and by then the weather was already turning cold. I decided to just have them close the job and revisit it the following year, but they never actually did the work before a freeze hit. I ended up canceling and finding someone else who was able to get it done quickly, but I’d completely missed the entire pool season, and now I’m facing a costly liner replacement due to the delays. Looking back, I should have explored other options sooner, but everyone was so busy. I definitely learned a hard lesson and won’t make the same mistake again.” report abuse

  I had a fantastic experience at this pool supply store! They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and really taking the time to assist me. It’s clear they’re dedicated to helping customers get exactly what they need.
