Honestly, I’ve rarely encountered such a cooperative contractor. Joseph H was also incredibly attentive, checking in daily and ensuring the quality of the work was top-notch.   “I can’t recommend T-Rock Roofing. Our experience was incredibly frustrating and, frankly, quite alarming. We hired them to fix a leaking roof, and from the start, things went wrong. They repeatedly insisted the insurance company cover work that wasn’t necessary, which made communication with the adjuster nearly impossible. Ultimately, I ended up paying for this extra work. After the roof was supposedly completed, it continued to leak, and their only response was a shrug – “I don’t know.” Worse, the new roof installation resulted in misaligned vents for our gas water heaters, creating a serious safety hazard that wasn’t identified until a city inspection. They offered no apology or attempt to fix the problem. They tried to add unrelated tasks to the job, and I had to step in to prevent me from incurring even more unexpected costs. Then, their contractor discarded perfectly functioning solar vents and, when we pointed this out, they simply said they’d have to cover the expense. They consistently blamed the insurance company for their own mistakes, and we were constantly threatened with a lien on our property just days after receiving the invoice. It felt like a blatant attempt to intimidate us. We were forced to intervene repeatedly to avoid paying for their incompetence and dishonesty. Please, save yourself the stress and find a roofing company you can trust.” report abuse

They took care of everything – fixing the pipe, coordinating with our insurance and the contractors – and got us back up and running in no time. They had to open up the wall to investigate, but they were incredibly fast, meticulous, and professional.
