“SCI did a core sample for us on this project, and while the crew did a good job, we’ve unfortunately run into a really frustrating situation regarding payment. It took several days to complete the work, and after that, we’ve been struggling to get in touch with the right person to discuss payment. We’ve been bounced around and given conflicting information – that payment was scheduled but never arrived. Despite numerous calls over the past year, we still haven't received anything. Honestly, the time spent chasing payment has far exceeded the time it took to complete the job itself. We wouldn’t recommend SCI for future projects, and we’re really hoping we can resolve this outstanding payment issue as quickly as possible.”

“I was really disappointed with the experience. I signed up for the live-class training in Charlotte, but then I saw a much more affordable online option being promoted on the HAAG website just two days beforehand. I ended up paying a transfer fee to take the online course, solely because of that promotion. However, three weeks later, the online course never materialized – nothing was accessible or available. Because of this, I missed the live training in my area for 2019. It felt like a wasted effort and a failed opportunity to enhance my skills. Given that the HAAG certification is such a respected credential in the roofing industry, and important for our company’s credibility and ability to win new business, it’s frustrating that the promised online course wasn’t delivered.”
