  “I’m incredibly frustrated. Despite multiple calls and visits, they haven’t addressed the issues with their work, and, shockingly, they haven't even returned my calls.   “I just wanted to share how incredibly impressed we were with G and J – Tony and the two gentlemen who did the actual work. Tony was fantastic; he really took the time to understand our color needs and helped us find the perfect tile. He even arranged for a measurement to be taken the very next day, and then scheduled the installation, which – unbelievably – happened a week ahead of schedule! Everything moved so quickly, from start to finish it was under three weeks. But the prep and finishing team were truly exceptional. They were incredibly professional, punctual every day, and worked with a remarkable efficiency. They were so careful and detail-oriented, communicating with us throughout the whole process. They left everything spotless, too, even providing us with great advice on how to care for our new tile.   “Honestly, the quality of the tile seems really good, but the price was incredibly inflated – nearly $2500 more than what Wade Distributor was charging for a similar shower. It took over two and a half months just to get a quote, and I had to practically push for it, spending a couple of trips to the store with the salesperson seemingly unavailable. I finally got a price through Wade, and it was handled much faster – just 10 days! I picked up the tile and the install is scheduled for the 19th.
