  Overall, the remodel of our condo bathroom was a mixed experience. The workers themselves were incredibly skilled and dedicated – they really hustled while they were there, and they cleaned up the job site meticulously every day, which we appreciated. However, the project took significantly longer than initially anticipated, primarily because they only worked an average of four hours a day. Unfortunately, we were also charged an unexpected fee for damage to the plumbing caused by their work, and W and W had to return to install the grab bar that was already included in the original invoice before we could make the final payment. My advice to anyone considering hiring them is to closely oversee the entire project to ensure that all materials are actually being used and accounted for. report abuse

  Honestly, this company seems to prioritize appearances over actually delivering a good customer experience. The store itself is really impressive, but the sales staff can be quite rude and difficult, and the installation process took an unbelievably long time.
