  Signature Homes really seems to be a top-notch builder in the Fox Valley. I’ve heard fantastic things – particularly from my landscape contractor who’s worked alongside them on several projects. They’re incredibly thorough and communicative, and it’s clear they prioritize keeping clients informed every step of the way. The constant communication between their project managers and other teams, like mine, is really impressive and ensures everything runs smoothly and efficiently, especially for those looking at a high-end home build. report abuse

  Honestly, I’d give this builder a 1.5 out of 5 stars. I’ve had to revise my original review because the experience has been incredibly disappointing. We chose them based on the initial promise – the owner repeatedly emphasized that we’d be part of a ‘family’ and receive ongoing support. However, three years into living in our home, many issues from the initial ‘punch list’ remain unresolved. We were assured they’d address them at the one-year mark, and it’s now two years later with absolutely nothing done. I’ve only received a response when I’ve taken the time to write reviews like this. It’s really frustrating, especially considering the significant investment we made in our home. I wish we had done more research before choosing them – we definitely should have. It’s clear we don’t feel like we’re part of a family. report abuse
