Greg was fantastic – he arrived within the hour, was incredibly professional, and got everything fixed up in about half an hour.   I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Anchor Mechanical and especially Greg W. for the amazing service they provided today. I came home to a completely dead unit – it was after 5 o’clock – and they were able to get Greg out to me within the hour. He was so knowledgeable, really professional, and got everything fixed up quickly. What really impressed me was how reasonable their price was, especially considering it was an emergency call. It’s so nice to work with a company that’s honest and genuinely cares about their customers; we’d definitely recommend Anchor Mechanical and Greg to anyone needing HVAC service! report abuse

  “Bobby and Arron from Anchor Mechanical were fantastic – they did a really impressive job replacing our faucet in our tiny bathroom. Arron was so responsive, quickly replying to my texts and getting someone out to take a look within a few days. Bobby was a genuinely nice guy, he was always on time and finished the job incredibly quickly. He was even friendly with my dog, which was a nice bonus!” report abuse

  Greg was absolutely fantastic – he was so helpful and went above and beyond to fix the heating before the really bad weather was due. He was really professional and patient with my husband and me, and even refused a drink while it was snowing!   “We recently had a gas tune-up with Anchor Mechanical, and we were really pleased with the service. Greg, the technician, was fantastic – he arrived on time, was incredibly friendly and clearly knowledgeable about what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed a problem with the heat, and after testing everything, identified a failing part that, according to him, wasn’t usually the issue. What was really impressive was that Greg took the time to investigate further, remembering that we’d been hearing bird chirps coming from the vents. He even went outside with his camera to check the intake valve and discovered a bird had built a nest inside – it was nearly 18 inches long! After removing the nest, the furnace was working perfectly. Greg was just great, and we’re definitely scheduling him to come back for our AC tune-up this spring.” report abuse

  “I was so impressed with the entire experience! From the very beginning, the person who answered the phone was incredibly helpful and quickly dispatched a technician. That technician went above and beyond, working tirelessly for hours – even calling in another one – to try and repair my old system. It was fantastic to see their dedication, especially considering the system was 23 years old. The salesman was also a huge asset, offering honest and excellent advice about what I needed in a new HVAC system without any attempts to push a more expensive upgrade.
