They even installed a really powerful sump pump with a battery backup, which turned out to be exactly what I needed. He really took the time to understand the unique challenges of our property, especially with our older walls, and he was incredibly informative throughout the whole process. They went above and beyond to protect our foundation while installing the new sump pit and drain system, and even regraded our yard and re-routed our downspouts, which was a huge relief. It was a longer project due to the type of foundation we had, but they were incredibly careful and left the work area spotless every single day.   Bel Air Waterproofing did a fantastic job resolving our persistent basement leak. For months, we’d had a tricky problem with a leak in one of the walls, but we couldn't pinpoint the source. After a particularly heavy rain caused significant water buildup, we called Bel Air, and they completely turned things around. They tackled the issue by removing a section of wall, digging out the affected area, installing a French drain and a new sump pump, and then expertly restored the concrete floor. What really impressed us was their attention to detail – they cleaned up the entire work area afterward, and they also addressed the root of the problem by grading our yard to improve drainage. They even used the extra dirt to level our backyard! It’s been several months now, and we’ve had some really heavy rains, but the basement has stayed completely dry.
