  I was incredibly frustrated with this company. I scheduled an estimate for my basement renovation two weeks ago, and they completely failed to show up. Worse, they didn’t even bother to call and let me know they wouldn’t be coming. When I contacted their office, the receptionist confirmed the appointment and was herself trying to reach the contractor, who had apparently changed his schedule last minute without any communication. I had to rearrange my entire work week for this appointment, and it felt incredibly disrespectful of my time and my project. Honestly, a simple phone call to explain a change would have been sufficient. The lack of communication was unacceptable, and it gave the impression that they simply didn't value my business. I definitely won’t be using their services, and I’d advise others to look for a contractor who is reliable and communicates properly. report abuse
