Tyler was a lifesaver! I contacted him on Friday, December 23rd when I was without water, and he was incredibly responsive, checking in with me throughout the day which was really reassuring. Despite the brutally cold weather – -22 degrees with blowing snow – he managed to get to my place around 7:30pm. He was so professional and clearly explained everything he was doing while he worked to thaw out 50 feet of pipe. He worked tirelessly for three hours, wrapping and insulating the pipes. Seriously, he went above and beyond, and I can’t recommend Northern Plumbing enough – he’s a truly honest and amazing service provider!
