  “We were absolutely thrilled with the work Frameworks did on our home. They completely transformed our basement – a full renovation of our 1,000 square-foot space that we really appreciate. From the new hardwood stairs to the fresh paint and texture, it’s stunning! Adrian and Pete were fantastic; Pete checked in with us almost daily, making sure we were happy with everything, and Adrian was always so involved and caring. You could tell they truly cared about delivering a high-quality job, and they certainly did. They were incredibly detail-oriented, courteous, and collaborative, and they stuck to the agreed-upon price – a huge relief after some less-than-reliable experiences with other contractors.   Frameworks Timber did a fantastic job building our custom shade structure in Fort Collins. From the initial design phase, they were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. But honestly, their work during the construction itself was truly impressive – they’re incredibly skilled craftsmen and paid such amazing attention to detail.   Overall, my experience with this company was disappointing. They clearly have talented individuals – Greg and Eric, in particular, are incredibly skilled craftsmen. However, the company struggled to maintain consistent quality and follow-through, especially on projects that weren’t considered highly profitable. I believe the owner’s priorities were a factor in this, and it ultimately led to a breakdown in quality and a failure to deliver on their initial promises. Sadly, because of this, I wouldn’t recommend them or use their services again. The rating reflects my overall experience, not the skills of the people involved. report abuse
