  “I recently spoke with Adrian at Frameworks Custom Homes about building my dream home, and I was really impressed. He took the time to walk me through the whole process and helped me figure out if it was a realistic option for my budget. Adrian presented a really balanced perspective, outlining the advantages and disadvantages of building versus buying. What stood out to me was that Frameworks is a design/build company, which gives them a great understanding of how to bring a vision to life. They were upfront about all the costs and even suggested ways to potentially reduce them. Importantly, they don't use a cost-plus model, which I found incredibly reassuring – you know exactly what you're going to pay upfront.   “We couldn’t be happier with the beautiful custom home Adrian Jones and his team built for us. It was truly remarkable, especially considering they were working so far from home – about 700 miles away! What really impressed us was their team approach, combining the builder, architects, and designers, which made them stand out from other builders we considered. The construction process itself took 13 months, and they kept us completely in the loop with weekly updates and photos on their website, even through some really challenging weather conditions.
