  We were absolutely thrilled with the remodel Hammersmith Structures did for our retirement home. From the moment we started the process, they were fantastic. We specifically chose them after interviewing several contractors – we really appreciated their experience working with clients who lived far away and their commitment to keeping us fully informed and involved every step of the way. They were particularly proactive in working closely with the architect from the beginning, which really helped us avoid any unexpected structural or budget issues. The subcontractors they brought in were all top-notch, and we felt completely confident in their abilities.   Hammersmith Structures did an absolutely fantastic job for us back in 2010 and we knew we wanted to use them again when we decided to build a bigger extension during the pandemic. From start to finish, they were brilliant – the extension itself is beautiful, and what really impressed us was how smoothly they managed the entire construction process. They stuck to the original schedule perfectly and kept disruption to a minimum, which was a huge relief. Remarkably, they even stayed within budget, considering the challenges of building during the pandemic and the supply chain issues at the time. We’d wholeheartedly recommend them. report abuse

  “We hired Chandler and his company back in 2012, just before the High Park Fire, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Remarkably, our house was the only one on our street to survive, and when we returned after being evacuated, it was almost like it hadn’t been touched! Chandler’s workmanship was truly outstanding. We’ve been living in our home for eleven years now, and we absolutely love it. We’ve actually stayed close with Chandler, and he kept us completely updated throughout the entire construction process – which was especially important since we were living 1000 miles away. From the initial ground breaking in August of 2011 to moving in May of 2012, everything ran incredibly smoothly, on time and within budget, and the quality of the work was exceptional. We have some really nice features in the house too, like a dedicated home automation system and an in-house hot tub room. Honestly, we couldn’t recommend Chandler and his company more highly – he really built us our dream home.” report abuse

He clearly has a great team of reliable subcontractors, which made the whole process so smooth. Honestly, the quality of the construction is outstanding; everything is perfectly square and exactly as specified. We were particularly impressed that he meticulously built one room to our exact requirements – 13 feet 6 and 3/4 inches wide – so we could fit our existing built-in furniture.
