  “I’m incredibly frustrated with this service. After multiple callbacks and being promised my job would be completed shortly after the holidays, nothing ever happened. No one contacted me, and I’ve had to repeatedly call to get updates, but the scheduler never returns my calls. They simply told me they’d get to me when they could, without giving me any idea of a timeline. Ultimately, they just hung up on me – it was completely unacceptable customer service.” report abuse
