Our plumbing completely stopped up, but Michael was so professional and efficient – he got the problem solved in about 20 minutes at a price that was unbelievably reasonable. It was far less than what another company charged us previously, and it was great to work with such a friendly and helpful guy.   “I can’t even begin to express how grateful we are for Alyssa and Brad’s incredible service! We had a major septic issue pop up late in the afternoon, and within just a couple of hours it turned into a full-blown emergency. Alyssa immediately drove out with the big truck and got it done at 11pm, completely clearing the clog that was backing up our entire house. She was so thorough, explaining everything she was doing and giving us valuable advice on how to prevent this from happening again. Brad was also fantastic, calling us to check on things throughout the whole stressful situation. Honestly, they were both amazing – truly saints! The service was absolutely worth every penny, and we’re so happy we found them through a friend. We’ll definitely be using them when we need to replace our septic system in the future.” report abuse

  “I’ve been meaning to share my experience with Westark for quite some time. I’d been a loyal customer for ten years, and unfortunately, I had a really upsetting experience when I had a gas line emergency. They suddenly added a $5 ‘gas fee’ – even though it was only 1.8 miles from my home – and then insisted on immediate payment of nearly $2,000. It felt completely unfair to a customer with such a long history with them. I’ve switched to River Valley Plumbing; they seemed very professional and did a fantastic job.” report abuse
