  “We need to get the registers at this store properly set up to recognize paper coupons – someone with prior experience in this area would be ideal. Additionally, the team here needs some focused training on how to handle paper coupons accurately. Specifically, they need to understand that the picture on the coupon isn’t relevant; it’s simply a visual aid. And, we need to reinforce the rules around ‘limit one per customer’ – they should know that ‘limit one per customer’ means exactly that, and that two identical coupons can be used in a single transaction during the day.” report abuse

  “I stopped by the store around 9:45 pm and found all the doors locked. A customer had just left, and the cashier unlocked the door for me. When I asked why the doors were locked, the cashier explained that they always lock up at 9:40 pm, but there wasn’t a sign to indicate this.” report abuse
